Store Data Exchange (DEX) is a hardware and software solution that allows retailers to electronically receive vendor invoices at the time of delivery.
It is a communication protocol used by the vendor to transfer the invoice from the drivers handheld to the receivers BRdata DSD invoice database. The following is needed with the DEX Module:
- DEX Box – This is the device that the vendors connect to transfer the data.
- StoreDex Software – This is the communication software that transfers invoices.
