During the concept phase, Cornerstone’s engineers work with the designers so the conversion from Rendering to Prototype to Production is seamless and accurate. Each display or fixture is value engineered to utilize the most cost effective production methods while still maintaining the highest standard for quality in the industry. Cornerstone controls every aspect of production by engineering everything from tool design right down to the packaging being used to ship the display.
Behind all the design and engineering software is the manufacturing equipment that has been a big part of Cornerstone’s success over recent years. From hi-res printing to state of the art CNC machines, Cornerstone continues to add specialty equipment intended for both short run and high production programs. Cornerstone also stocks a variety of wood, plastic, paper and corrugated material on-hand for short lead time prototype and production projects.
All aspects of the production process, including injection molding, steel and wire manufacturing, cabinet making, printing, plastic fabrication and electronic assembly, are overseen by Cornerstone’s Project Managers and Quality Assurance Team. The warehouse staff will perform final assembly, pack-out and pick-and-pack functions to prepare each display for distribution. After the displays pass Quality Control, the logistics team will handle everything from moving trade show booths to preparing over 10,000 drop ships and everything in between.
