The centerpiece of CART’s services is the Innovation Program, a well-honed process for infusing innovation throughout an organization. Focused around relevant discovery and awareness of new capabilities, and buttressed by workshops and leadership training, the CART team works closely with retailers, brand manufacturers, and wholesalers, to implement innovation as a process.
